Bengali home feasts — bhaat, maach, mishti

I cook the unhurried Bengali table — shorshe ilish in mustard, kosha mangsho, and a parade of mishti to finish. Niramish (no onion-garlic) feasts for pujo are a speciality.
“The kosha mangsho alone is worth booking for.”
“Authentic, generous, beautifully presented.”
“Made our pujo so special. Niramish done right.”
“Our Lokkhi Pujo feast was exactly like Ma used to make. Ananya is a gem.”

Yes — many of my festive menus are entirely niramish, perfect for pujo and shraddha.
It's seasonal. Out of season I'll suggest equally special alternatives like bhetki or prawns.
Both — I plate and serve in the traditional course order, or set up a buffet for larger groups.
